Ingredients

• 1 Cup Chickpeas Cooked
• 1 Cup Black Beans Cooked
• 1/2 Cup Lentils
• 9 Cups Chicken Stock
• 1 Tablespoon Salt
• 1/2 Cup Bulgur
• 1/4 Cup Rice
• 1 Large Onion Sliced
• 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Preparation

• Bring lentils to a boil in the stock.
• Add bulgur and rice, simmer for 30 minutes.
• Saute onions in oil until well browned.
• Add chickepea, beans, onions and their oil to the lentils.
• Cover and simmer for 20 more minutes.
• Season with salt and serve. 
Additional Notes
Its a good idea to have multiple pans going at one time to make the cook ... otherwise the 2 hours could turn into a half a day. :)
