Ingredients

• 1 Pound Stew Meat beef or lamb
• 1/4 Cup Butter
• 1 Large Onion chopped
• 3 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
• 10 Cups Water
• 1/2 Cup Rice washed & drained
• Salt And Pepper to taste
• 1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
• 2 Pounds Spinach finely chopped
• 1/4 Cup Parsley
Preparation

• Brown meat in butter, saute until meat is brown.
• Add onions and garlic. cook until onion is transparent.
• Add water and bring to boil.
• Cover and cook over medium heat until meat is tender.
• Add rice and cook 20 minutes.
• Add seasonings and spinach.
• Return to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
• Add parsley.
• Stir and serve.
Additional Notes
Its a good idea to have multiple pans going at one time to make the cook ... otherwise the 2 hours could turn into a half a day. :)
