Ingredients

• 3 cups Semolina (found next to the flour)
• 1 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons of Turmeric (found in the spice section)
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2 and 1/4 cups sugar
• 2 cups milk
• 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
• 1/2 cup pine-nuts
• 1/4 Tahini (extracted from sesame seeds)
Preparation

• Mix Semolina, flour, turmeric and baking soda.
• Dissolve the sugar in the milk then add this and the oil to the Mix from step one.
• Smear a 40 cm pan with the Tahini (Pyrex or Aluminum pan)
• Pour the mixture slowly into pan; place the pine-nuts on top.
• Preheat the oven to 350 and cook for 30 minutes.
• When done, let to cool. Cut and serve.
Additional Notes
Its a good idea to have multiple pans going at one time to make the cook ... otherwise the 2 hours could turn into a half a day. :)
