Ingredients
• 1 teaspoon Salep dissolved in a 1/4 cup milk
• 2 cups cold milk
• Sugar according to taste
Preparation
• In a pot, pour the milk and the Salep and milk mixture and bring to the boil, stirring, over gentle heat.
• When the mixture comes to the boil, remove from the heat and place in small cups.
• Garnish with sprinkling of cinnamon.
• Serve hot.
Additional Notes
Its a good idea to have multiple pans going at one time to make the cook ... otherwise the 2 hours could turn into a half a day. :)
