Ingredients
• 4 c milk
• ½ c rice and 1 c water
• 1 c sugar
Preparation
• Wash the rice until water is clear.
• In sauce pan, cook rice in the water and, when tender, cover with milk and sugar.
• Constantly stir in same direction until it thickens.
• Pour into small bowl and refrigerate.
Additional Notes
Its a good idea to have multiple pans going at one time to make the cook ... otherwise the 2 hours could turn into a half a day. :)
