Ingredients

• 3 cups Katter (syrup)
• 1lb (1/2 kg) small atayef store-bought
• 1lb (1/2 kg) kashta (home-made cream)
• 1/2 cup crystallized flowers store-bought
Preparation

• Fill each pancake with a tablespoon of Kashta.
• Pinch the edges together only half way, forming a cone-like shape.
• Garnish each pancake with a little amount of crystallized flowers.
• Arrange in a large serving dish.
• Serve with the kater.
Additional Notes
Its a good idea to have multiple pans going at one time to make the cook ... otherwise the 2 hours could turn into a half a day. :)
