Ingredients

• 4 large fresh lemons
• 1 cup white sugar, sugar substitute
• 6 cups water
• 2 fresh oranges, juice of, Squeezed (optional)
• 1 tablespoon orange blossom water (mazaher)
Preparation

• Wash lemons and quarter them, place in bowl.
• Sprinkle sugar over lemons evenly, rubbing sugar into lemons and hand squeeze them in bowl.
• Put this mixture and water in a pitcher for 2-3 hours.
• Stir mixture then put through a strainer, discarding the pulp and rinds. Add Orange Juice and Orange Blossom Water.
• Chill 3-4 hours and serve with ice.
Additional Notes
Its a good idea to have multiple pans going at one time to make the cook ... otherwise the 2 hours could turn into a half a day. :)
