Ingredients
• 6 Large Chicken Breast
• 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
• 2 Large Onion julienned
• 2 Tablespoons Flour
• 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
• 2 Cups Tomato Sauce
• 1 Cup Water
• 1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
• 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
• 1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
• 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Preparation
• Fry chicken in oil until golden brown.
• Remove piece from skillet and place in baking pan.
• Add onions to oil and saute until limp.
• Remove onions and spread atop chicken. sprinkle flour into the frying oil and blend.
• Add vinegar, tomato sauce and water.
• Pour over chicken.
• Sprinkle seasonings over mixture, cover and bake at 400 for 1 hour until chicken is tender.
Additional Notes
Its a good idea to have multiple pans going at one time to make the cook ... otherwise the 2 hours could turn into a half a day. :)
